Or 1 cup low-fat yogurt, ½ cup blueberries, ½ banana and ¼ cup 100% cranberry blueberry juice. Or how about yogurt, peaches and orange juice? You can combine almost any fruit with yogurt and 100% juice to make a healthy summertime snack. If you use frozen fruit, no ice is needed. Otherwise blend the ingredients with 2 ice cubes. Enjoy!
